Title: TQI - Technology and Quality on Information
Hello there!

I was making some tests today and noticed something unexpected regarding the use of external codecs plugins.
Method "ph_media_plugin_codec_init" simply unloads the library right after calling the library's method that performs the codec registration.

On my tests the registered codecs list given by global "ph_codec_list" gets corrupted right after the unloading of the library performed on method "ph_media_plugin_codec_init" because the last element of the list was deallocated.
Another point of failure can be the missing "else" regarding the returning of the codec initialization routine. In case of failure on codec's registration, the library should be unloaded and it's not.

Am I right on some or all this considerations ?
If I am, can I fix it and send a new patch ?

Thanks and best regards,
