Comment(by plohne):
After installing MS Visual C++ 2008 Express which comes with some
libraries, error changed and says "This application has failed to start
because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix
this problem."
Perhaps corresponding merge module has to be included into the setup
package.
