#87: Show error codes in a more fashion way

Hi, the following occurs with the new path (but I expect this is something
old in Qutecom):
1) Call to a number.
2) Receive "404".
3) qutecom shows "user/number not found" (as expected).
4) Then I could press Cancel buttom.
5) I quit qutecom.
6) I see the dialog "You have unfinished call ... exit/cancel".
The call is already ended since a 404 error terminates a call. So I don't
know why Qutecom expects me to press "Cancel" as the call is already
ended.
If I press "Cancel" in step 4 then the warning doesn't occur but IMHO it
shouldn't be required to end an already ended call :)
