Go to a free Sip provider, www.sipgate.de in Germany for example and sign
up for a free account. sipgate has very good documentation how to
configure qutecom for their service. Basically you just have to enter your
username and password and the realm/server. Look for the old name
Wengophone on sipgate's site.
