I have been using a Packet 8 PBX w/softphone and Skype now for a year so i
understand the basics of VoIP. However, I have no clue what to do for the
first step of configuring this software. I have Win7 64. It is asking
for user name and password and SIP/Domain and then under Advanced, Server
and Proxy. I have no idea what this is nor do I have any clue where to
find it. There is no documentation on QuteCom's website and it refers to
this. I have found no forum and this appears to be a bug report area, but
I can't find any place otherwise to get answers. I'm not even sure what
this is. Do I need to have an account elsewhere to use this? Do I just
sign up for service with this? If so, how? Is this supposed to be a
substitute for my softphone with 8x8 or Skype and so that is where I would
find my information? If so, I looked under 8x8 and my account and found
nothing that said SIP or Realm.d
