#191: "Home" tab added multiple times

When custom account is used, "Home" tab is added each time incorrect
email/password is entered into a "Login" Window. See attached
Screenshot.png.
How to reproduce?
1. Edit !DefineWengoOptions.cmake and set:
{{{
option(CUSTOM_ACCOUNT "Enable custom account" ON)
}}}
2. Start QuteCom and select "QuteCom account"
3. Enter invalid email/password several times. Every time "Conntact"
button is pressed, a new "Home" tab is added to the main window.
