#193: Builds but not work with external ortp-0.14.2 and srtp-1.4.4

I have build qutecom with ortp-0.14.2-0.5.20080211.fc12 (Fedora 12) and
srtp-1.4.4 instead of bundled ones.
When I build with external ortp I couldn't make calls.
With external srtp-1.4.4 qutecom crashes when I am triyng to make call.
Is there plans to make QuteCom compatible with more recent external
libraries and make building with external dependencies more simple. I have
to provide own FindSRTP.cmake and patch CMakeLists.txt to build with
external srtp.
