#230: QuteCom doesn't stop on Ubuntu 10.04

On Ubuntu 10.04 QuteCom never stops. When user selects "Account" =>
"Quit", QuteCom hangs for ever with the following output in the console:
(error) 11:45:03 [PhApi] : osip:
/home/chris/qutecom-2.2/wifo/eXosip/src/eXosip.c:206: module sfp:
_osip_kill_transaction transaction should be released by modules!
How to reproduce:
1. Obtain latest source code.
2. Compile on Ubuntu 10.04
3. Start QuteCom.
4. Select "Account" => "Quit"
