Solved. the problem was that my asterisk is an active-pasive cluster. I
was configuring qutecom with the cluster ip 10.28.40.2, but asterisk was
answering with 10.28.40.13. I have configured qutecom with the active IP
and now it works. I would look for asterisk setting to answer with the ip
of the cluster.
