#256: Do not Disturb on SIP without functionality

On my SIP account status I can select
- online
- away
- do not disturb
- invisible
But when changing any of those my Asterisk still shows my SIP peer as
active user and I still get incoming calls. I would suggest to create a
behaviour like:
- online => normal
- do not disturb => DND state for asterisk
- invisible => user offline state for asterisk (e.g. unregiser?)
