I would extend the events to
- "incoming call on ringing" => open URL or open program
- "incoming call accepted" => open URL or open program
It has to be clarified if the linked should be opened within QuteCom
(embedded), in external Browser or if an external program should be
"startable". Another possibilty would be to insert a customizable button
in the screen pop on incoming calls and in the Call Tab, so the user can
set the action of this button by himself.
