#327: qutecom 2.2.1 crash with ffmpeg 0.8.4

qutecom 2.2.1 build failed against ffmpeg 0.8.4 because of missing
avcodec_decode_video.
I build it with attached patch from Ubuntu qutecom-new-avcodec-api.patch.
But when I pressing Hang-up in video calls qutecom crashed, backtrace in
attachment.
