First question: It's a text label that will appear when you are connecting
to QuteCom via the login screen - completely free text.
Fourth question: The domain/realm come from your VoIP provider. A google
search for "voipcheap.com sip realm" turned up this page: http://www.voip-
info.org/wiki/view/voipcheap which has the information you need. The SIP
proxy mentioned on this page is in the "Advanced settings" when connecting
with QuteCom.
I'm resolving the ticket as "Invalid" because it is not a problem with the
software which you are reporting, it's a support question. For your
information, you might want to ask questions like this on the mailing list
