#374: Qutecom crashes when trying to install a new version

Hi,
since Qutecom 2.2.1 is available two things happen.
First, is that downloading from the website gives this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /downloads/QuteCom-2.2-setup-release-
fd680f034aa8.exe on this server.
Apache Server at www.qutecom.org Port 80
The second problem is due to the first one, in my opinion. When Qutecom
2.2 tries to install the new version it gets that error. After that, is
impossible to run Qutecom because it crashes all everytime.
Trying to change the config file, is nop an option, at the moment. So, I
think, fixing the website would resolve both problems.
