Despite the increasing efforts by some societies to push for same-sex
marriages on account of gender equality, this practice still is and
remains unethical. From the ancient religious inclinations to modern forms
of religion, doctrines have taught us that man was made for woman and vice

Even those who push for such forms of marriages cannot explain their
convictions when asked how such marriages would ensure human survival.
They often allude to the fact that these couples would then seek a member
of the opposite sex for purposes of conception.
Therefore, these proponents respect one of the purposes of marriage which
is recreation. It is common knowledge that a person's natural gender
preference is a member of the opposite sex and this ought to be the
position.
