A feature that is missing from QuteCom softphone is the option to transfer
all incoming calls to another number.
This is very useful for example in an office when the person receiving the
calls have to leave for a while and needs all the calls to be transferred
to another person in the office or outside, untill he/she returns.
This way the second receiver of the forwarded call will be able to see the
caller ID (phone number of the person who is calling)
so actually it will automatically do what the transfer button does, to all
incoming calls ( i dont thing is difficult to add it in the
preferences/configuration as an option)
I thing this is the only future that gives an advantage to XLITE (but they
lack of the transfer button of the answered call, which qutecom has and is
great).
so if this option is added to the QuteCom it will help a lot of us.
At the momment the only way for me to transfer all incoming calls is to do
it from my sip provider site. But by this the receiver of the forwarding
call will not see the number of the person who is calling but my softphone
number, so this is a problem.
