Hi,
I'm using QuteCom for private VoIP calls when at home.
When connected to my company's VPN, I'm using my company's VoIP
infrastructure including softphone, all from CISCO.
For the last years I've used both QuteCom and the CISCO softphone with a
Planstronics USB headset, WITHOUT (!) problems.
Unfortunately the plantronics headset got a cable break, so I've got now a
new LOGITECH H390 headset.
This LOGITECH H390 headset again works fine with the CISCO softphone, but
the microphone level is MUCH (!!!) too low when using QuteCom. ALTHOUGH
the slider is set to maximum. All people complain that they nearly can't
hear me when speaking to them via QuteCom.
Any ideas what I can change? Any hidden srews and bolts?
Would be great, as QuteCom is a nice tool...
Thanks in advance,
Michael
P.S.: No idea what I should select as ticket options. My QuteCom says
4.5.0, running on Win7 64bit.
