Well, here at last: version 1.52 has arrived.

I think I went through the new features in this version already, but just to
recap:
* User interface is now translatable
* Quantise swing (it's a parameter in the normal quantise tool)
* HTML help (yes, it made it)
* Bug fixes
Because of the new translatable user interface, loading can take a little
longer, but I hope this isn't a problem.
I hope doing the HTML help has been worth it. I have to let everyone know
that after I asked if anyone is yet using Windows Vista, guess how many
responses I received: yes, absolutely zero.
Unfortunately, I have not so far updated the document version of the help.
I've still got some way to go in creating a system that will make the
document from the new source files. The document is something I would like
to offer though, if I can.
For those who are interested, I hope to write a document called a guide to
translating QWS, but again, this is still only in rough form at the moment.
