Not exactly, but, there is something you can do. Just go to the event list, found in the edit menu. It will show all midi events, including notes, for the currently selected track for that particular beat. You can use the back and next buttons to move forwards and backwards to different beats throughout the song. Then you can change any event, but I believe the manual explains how to do that, not sure how well though.
