Hmm, that is strange. Glad to hear you got a workaround. It was probably
just a issue with components or maybe the wrong programs or something.

I get this message, on 2 different computers, 1 PC, 1 mac.
The document “qwshelp.rtf” could not be opened. The file is not in the right
format.
Someone converted to doc and sent to me so it is all OK now.
