Hello Steve,
in Options/Options or for each track you can set the MidiOut port. As
long as you have enabled the needed MidiIn Port in Options/Ports, you
can play from any device and playback from another one. The one in
Options/Options is the default setting for new tracks, but you still can
change it in the track properties, e.g. to playback different tracks on
different instruments.
