So the midis in there, most of them are not made for the soundfont? If
that's the case, then the title, "onj's soundfont midi files," is very
misleading. I still hope it's an error with players on my end and that they
do sound better than that. Many of them sound very awful, one example is
future.mid, another is 1-7days, just to name a few. I've heard the
originals, they sound about as clean as the soundfont versions are wrong...

SFZ, and most of the midis don't sound good at all, definitely not as
good as the originals. It sounds like a ton of wrong instruments were
used. What player and configuration should be used to play the files?
I'm pretty sure it's a problem with the way the player readds banks in
the soundfont, since I know SFZ and XM play read them differently.
