Oh, i just realized, that there is possibility export this instrument
list from version for cakewalk, not sure if this will help.

You don't have to have a special list for your Motif XS in order to
make QWS work.
Instrument lists just give names to the numbers that are actually used
to select the sounds on your keyboard. Internally, QWS always uses
the numbers.
A complete list of the sounds, as well as the Program and Bank numbers
to use to select them, should be in the back of the manual for your
Motif XS.
So, if you use these numbers, you will be able to select any sound
from your keybaord.
