Hi,
Are you waiting until after the 4 beat countdown of the metronome? This may
explain.
You can always disable that, change the amount of beats, or use synchrostart
as well if you don't like waiting for the default 4 beat countdown.

I have a roland exr5 keyboard, Windows XP, and JAWS 11. When linking up
and recording with QWS the first bar of my recording seems to ignore my
use of the sustain pedal attached to my keyboard. subsequence bars seem to
bok. also, occasionally when playing back my recordings, i often get a
crashing of notes i didn't play on the first beat of the first bar. I've
tried playing with the delay time in the options but this doesn't seem to
have any effect. I would be greatful for any advice.
