Hi list.
I have install QWS after my pc came down with viruses.
I was running XP, but now Windows 7 32 bit.
Same keyboard, same midi cable.
Problem:
When setting the port to my USB midi cable, and setting the right option
in the options menu, and setting up the metronom to how i want it.
When starting recording, the second tick of the metronom makes an extra
sound.
I usually set my first beat, to a high tick sound, and the second beat
to the lower tick.
Sorry, i don't know drum termanology at all. I'm a piano man through and
through. And a classical one too. And, it seems, a poet too. Ha ha!
Anyway, on the 4 4 timing, the first tick sounds, after counting down
the four beats before starting to record.
Then, beats two, three, and four, sounds like it's playing two keys for
those beats. Almost sounds like a triangle's muted sound, if you know
what i mean.
But, when i turn off midi clock in the midi menu, it doesn't do it anymore.
Help?
It never did this previously, on my older OS.
