QWS List Yamaha QY 100

Hi.Was wondering if anyone out there has used this Yamaha QY100 sequencer.
I am a blind musician and am trying to see if I can figure out this piece of
equipment .  Any assist would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.Terry
