What MIDI notes do you have your metronome set to? Try this -- change the
metronome channel to something besides 10 and see what it does. It should
give you two distinct tones. Find those tones on your keyboard, change the
channel to 10 on a track, and play them and find out what sounds are there.
Then move up and down the keyboard until you find the right drum sounds for
your metronome.
Also make sure that you have a track set to channel 10 with a program number
in it -- some instruments handle no program change a bit weird, and if
someone's going to do something weird Yamaha is a prime contender. (They
like to be different from everyone else)

Hay there, got it working.
i plugged a USB midi cable and it worked.
But having a problem with getting the Metronome sound to work.
i chose the USB midi cable port, and set the channel to 10, but not getting
any drum sound when pressing F4 to turn on the Metronome.
