I dealt with that a bit in my prior response, but what you want is a virtual
MIDI port application like MIDI Yoke. Then you can set up a port in QWS to
access the Proteus VX synth, and assign input in the Proteus VX to that
port. Remember too that you've got to load the sounds into the Proteus VX
every time. Let me know if you need the INST file for the Proteus VX -- I
don't remember if I've sent it to James yet.
