QWS List Precise cut and paste operations

Hi.  I’ve tried out QWS and do have a puzzle.  Suppose I start a sequence on 
the first bar, and on the 3-and-a-halfth beat of that particular bar, then I 
need to copy that exact same sequence of notes which has to be repeated exactly 
on the 3-and-a-halfth beat ofth the third bar, how do I go about doing this?  
I’ve referred to the help manual but with no luck so far.  I’d be grateful if 
the steps could be explained to me.  Cheers!
