Hi Seth, The MX 61 has some Motif XS sounds, but as far as i know not exactly the same sounds as the motif XS. I own the Yamaha MOX-6. That synth has te sound-engine of the Motif XS and functions very good by using the instrumentlist of the Yamaha Motif XS in QWS.
