Hi, here's a solution that should work:

1. Apply to all tracks. Tools menu apply to all.
2. Go into the tools menu, then more tools, then delete controlers.
At this point you can press f1, or you can simply type 128, and press enter.
3. Make sure your program changes are still in the midi file, save, close,
reopen, play.

If they stuck around, good. If not, drawing board.
