well evey mail form this guy is coming as spam.

to be spam, even if it isn't. If your provider has a whitelist, try

"This is not spam" or similar button in the Junk folder, try using
it, rather than just moving the messages. If none of this works, you
may just have to live with QWS traffic going to Junk, or subscribe
with a different Email account that doesn't do the same spam filtering.
