I just installed Visual Studio and wrote a very small UWP app to list the MIDI
devices because I had a theory that QWS was simply not using the new API and
was correct, as the FP-30 appeared as a MIDI in and out port.

There is also a Win32 wrapper that can be loaded dynamically on Windows 10
Anniversary update and later that is supposed to list Bluetooth MIDI devices
but I didn't test it.
