Ok...

I was thinking there was something wrong with your keyboard or
something until I read this part which cleared it all for me:

I loaded a 16 tracks of midi, but up and down arrows and page up-down
can't do anything and the program see all tracks in 1 track. Thank you

Ok, there is a difference between channels and tracks, the qws manual
has info on that.

If the program just displays or shows one track but many instruments
sound, this most likely means that the file is a type 0 midi format.
IN that case you should open the tools menu and select the channel
split tool.
After running it the tool will split all channels into their own,
individual, separate  tracks and will  leave the original track
containing all of the 16  channels untouched so you will have to
delete that original track so you do not overload the sound card or
get duplicated notes. I hope that helped.
