Hello.
Problem is solved. It wasn't problem with local on or off messages, but
in my keyboard. I have connected my keyboard to computer via USB cable,
but there are two ports. So, I have changed this port and result is unique.
Bu It doesn't support also master tuning and scale tuning, I think on
QWS. Also, there are misstakenly interpreted some controllers, but
that's normal thing.
