You can move events in several ways. In your case, because the two events are only one tick apart, I suggest you use the Event List and adjust the Start time. Another way could be to insert a whole beat at the beginning of your track, and then use the Event List to move the Start time of the System Exclusive message back to where it was. Please consult the documentation for details of using the Event List, but S adjusts the start time of the selected event. I don't know the answer to your question specifically about your keyboard. I can only suggest to consult the manual, or a relevant forum for your keyboard. I hope this is some help.
