As far as I'm aware, all you have to do is modify the qws.lng file in your QWS directory.
There are about 800 prompts, so it will take time.
Simply look at each prompt (the text after the = sign on each line), and translate that into your new language. You may see special things like %s that represent dynamic text such as filenames, directories, device names and so on, so you'll need to keep those in the prompt somewhere if it contains it, otherwise it's just a case of replacing the text. Another useful tip, some text may have the & symbol in them, that represents the key you can press to choose that option. So for example, "&Yes" will allow you to hit y to press the Yes button.
