Since R 2.7.0 & recent 2.7.1, Rgui.exe crashes on Korean Windows XP and 2003. After change the locale language to Japanese, Chinese, English, and etc on control panel, I had no problem in running 2.7.x on Korean Windows. And I re-install Windows XP, English version, and I could reproduce the bug by changing locale language to Korean on control panel. of course, no other language setting made the problem. So, It must be a problem between Korean language localization on windows and Rgui.exe.
