When I installed R2.72 (actually any version >2.62) on Window XP (Traditional

and then an information window appers:

Can you help me to fix this installation problem? Thanks.
Not as a bug report. This is R reporting a problem with your Windows
settings. We have seen similar reports before (only in Traditional
Chinese), but cannot reproduce them -- R 2.7.x (sic) runs correctly for me
when I set my Windows XP to Hong Kong/Traditional Chinese.
