Dirk, I'm thinking of the application to CRAN, where it might be
standardizable; not to Debian, where it could only produce holy wars,
flamage, and bikeshedding.
i.e. I'd love to be able to do:
update.packages(ListChanges=TRUE, ListBugs=TRUE)
