Hi, friends, I'm using "DPdensity" package in R to analyze my data (N=1000). The given examples in that package ran pretty good. But when I applied it to my data set, it keeps saying "matrix is not pd in chol subroutine". Is there anyone has ever used such package can share some ideas?
