Hi all, I was looking for a Bayesian function in R which can take input as a matrix (containing gene expression values) and giving the output as a pair of genes which are related. Precisely, giving output as a pair of genes (A and B) and whether A depends on B or vice versa.
Please let me know If anyone is aware of such function or related function in R.
