Hello,

I wonder how to change the font of
chart to Times New Roman and size 9.

Attached is the graphic I need to make these changes

Nothing was attached. In any case, please follow the posting guide and tell us your platform and graphics device and give a reproducible example. They way this is done is in detail device- and OS-specific, but the 'family' and 'pointsize' arguments to the device will give you are good start.

If you really want 'Times New Roman' you will need to know exactly what that means -- it is a Monotype copyright font with several versions. Your OS may have one of those, or it may have a clone and you may need to buy a licence to one of the originals.

If all you need is something in the 'Times Roman' family the Adobe and URW versions become available to you: for many devices one of those is selected by family="Times".
