[R] How to run R with parameters of the script to be executed?

Hello
I need to use R together with a system I´m developing.
I need to call the U.S. by passing a command line script to run.
The result of this script (data or graph) should be written to a text file or
image.

This call will be made through a system made ​​in PHP.

It has to do it? I´m not found in the documentation how to call the R
executable passing the argument of the script.

If anyone can give this tip, I am grateful.
