It sounds like the data frame produced by Simulate() doesn't set the names you want. You can probably fix this by including
colnames(Gestion) < c("B","T1",... # etc) immediately after the simulation. Can't confirm this without knowing which of the excel/R interface packages you're using, but I'd be willing to be that if you asked R for colnames(Gestion) you'd see "result 1", "result 2" etc that show up in Excel later.
