Dear Jari Oksanen, Thank you very much for your reply and your information. I was looking for this analysis in R, but I was not able to find it and it was a bit strange to me. It must be a great task to implement DCCA with the decorana code in vegan.
I will explore other kind of analysis and if after this I still need to run the DCCA I will go to CANOCO. I can access to this software too, but as I have began to use R some months ago I would like to do everything in R, but perhaps this analysis can be an exception. Thanks.
