Hi,
When I use untar command and I got an error.
> untar("/public03/ara_gse_raw_data/GSE26679_RAW.tar",exdir="/public03/data/arabidopsis_data/GSE26679_RAW")
sh: /tmp/RtmpzQGJvh/file5f09b232: No such file or directory
I want to know how to solve this problem.
