I have a data that looks like this:
mRNA Value
-----------------------------------------------------------
mRNA1 30
mRNA2 199
... ... ... ....
mRNA1000 13
----------------------------------------
Then I'll normalize the value based on the sum.
What is the best way to show/plot that my normalization works?
Is there any R package for that?
