Hi, I came across this type of growth rate( http://data.princeton.edu/eco572/grdt.html ) analysis. But I have the number of user sessions as a plot of numbers varying over time. There are two curves. and the second curve has more sessions but they vary over time. Users login and logout.

But I am logging data - number of user sessions in a web application - before and after new users are migrated. I use R to graph but I am looking for a way to quantify the growth in the number of user sessions. As more users are now using the web application there is a growth. What is the way to measure this growth if I have time and number of sessions in a two data sets - before the growth and after the growth ?
