Would be nice if someone had any idea about that.
I'd say the world would be a better place if you left that plot in
Excel, but if you really want, you could do it using the scatterplot3d
or rgl packages. In both cases you'll need to build it up from simple
pieces, neither of them has such a thing already built in.
